Job Description As a Ground Up Superintendent | Westchester, NY, you will: Lead all field operations from project kickoff through completion. Manage sitework, foundations, structural construction, and interior build-out activities. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to maintain project schedules. Conduct daily site walks to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. Drive project schedules and proactively address delays and field challenges. Maintain daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations. Coordinate inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout. Partner with Project Managers and ownership teams to achieve project objectives. Manage manpower planning, site logistics, and material deliveries. The Successful Applicant A successful Ground Up Superintendent | Westchester, NY, should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor. Proven ground-up construction experience on commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, or mixed-use projects. Strong understanding of site development, structural systems, and construction sequencing. Experience managing projects valued between $10M and $100M+. OSHA 30 Certification required. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive schedules and manage multiple trades simultaneously. What's on Offer Permanent position.
