Job Description- Assist in fulfilling client BIM contract requirements
- Assist in setting up and executing clash detection workflows, review clash results and translate them into actionable coordination issues for design and trade partner teams.
- Revit models for 4D/5D simulations in Synchro 4D Pro.
- Coordinate with the project scheduler and leadership team to align model data with construction sequencing and cost data.
- Perform quality control reviews.
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet asset management and as-built documentation requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3 years minimum of experience on civil infrastructure projects, or projects of similar scale and/or complexity
- Provide BIM coordination services on complex infrastructure projects.
- Manage BIM updates, run clash detection, and communicate results effectively.
- Understanding of building systems and construction sequencing.
- Software skills: Autodesk, Navisworks, Synchro 4D Pro, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk
- Construction Cloud, Power BI, Autodesk Recap.
