$23 to $25 per hour, plus quarterly bonus and up to $400 per month car allowance About us We are an established commercial cleaning and facility services company with decades of history and offices across Upstate New York. We clean offices, healthcare facilities, manufacturing plants and other commercial buildings. Our cleaners are our own W-2 employees, not subcontractors, so our supervisors lead real teams and can develop them. We expand from within and promote people who deliver. The role You will run a territory of customer buildings in the Buffalo area. Your job is to keep the buildings clean, the customers happy and the crews staffed, trained and on schedule. When a customer calls, you respond fast and see the fix through. What you'll do Supervise team leaders and cleaners across several customer buildings Inspect buildings regularly, find problems and see that they get fixed Respond quickly to customer requests and log every issue in our CRM system Hire, schedule training for and evaluate your team, and set clear goals for each person Track attendance, call-outs and discipline, and document them promptly Keep each account within its budgeted labor hours Review and approve employee hours each morning by 10 am Send a nightly activity report for each building Manage supplies and keep equipment such as vacuums and floor machines running Keep safety materials and SDS sheets current at every site Set up and oversee project work such as floor care Step in and clean when someone is absent or a customer needs it What you need At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience (commercial cleaning or facility experience a plus) Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfort with a smartphone and basic apps for timekeeping and reporting Willingness to pass a drug test and background check Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) Quarterly performance bonus Monthly car allowance of up to $400 We are an equal opportunity employer.
