Role Highlights:

Lead and oversee projects, manage subcontractor and client interactions for each build. Direct construction site activities, from subcontractor selection and contracting to ensuring safety compliance and project scheduling until completion. Engage in contractor and vendor negotiations alongside site and production oversight. Execute budget management and maintain cost control throughout project phases. Ideal Candidate Expertise in residential construction, with a preference for experience in custom-home development on individual plots. Capability to handle multiple concurrent projects, typically ranging from 8-10 at a time. Minimum of five years demonstrating successful operational leadership and project execution in new construction. Proven leadership skills with a history of managing comprehensive construction operations. Excellent at building effective teams and communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders.
