We are seeking a Construction Superintendent/Project Manager who's ready to take ownership of multiple job sites, uphold high standards, and lead with professionalism from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Manage the full build cycle of custom on-your-lot homes , typically overseeing 3-6 homes at various stages. Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and material staging. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites with a focus on quality control. Use Buildertrend software to maintain schedules, job logs, and homeowner updates. Communicate proactively with homeowners, internal teams, inspectors, and vendors. Solve issues in the field, enforce timelines, and ensure projects meet DiYanni standards.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Construction Manager, or Site Supervisor in residential construction. Prior work with custom or semi-custom homes is highly preferred. Ability to manage multiple sites across westside of Columbus - Hilliard, OH . Comfortable with digital tools like Buildertrend, or similar platforms. Excellent leadership, scheduling, and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Base Salary:
