Everdry Waterproofing is looking for a motivated, experienced, and dependable Construction Supervisor / Working Foreman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will work alongside your crew while overseeing daily job-site operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Everdry's high standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and supervise construction crews on residential job sites Oversee daily job-site activities and keep projects moving efficiently Ensure work is completed according to company standards and specifications Train, coach, and develop crew members Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site Communicate with homeowners and provide a professional customer experience Communicate project updates and concerns with management Identify and resolve problems in the field Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are met Hold crew members accountable for productivity, safety, attendance, and quality Properly use and maintain company equipment and materials Help coordinate daily crew schedules and project needs Lead by example and set the standard for your team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous construction experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable Strong attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills Reliable and dependable work ethic Professional and positive attitude Ability to work in physically demanding construction environments Comfortable working in basements, crawlspaces, and other confined areas Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Valid driver's license
