Construction Project Manager Work Model:

Hybrid - onsite and remote Responsibilities Manage all phases of commercial metal stud framing and drywall projects from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation Monitor field progress and proactively address delays or issues Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress billings Lead weekly project meetings with clients and internal teams Ensure compliance with plans, specs, safety requirements, and company standards Assist with manpower planning, logistics, and procurement Maintain clear and consistent communication with field and office teams Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, developers, and subcontractors Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience managing commercial framing and drywall projects Proven ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously (interior build-outs, TI, large-scale commercial, etc.) Strong knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall systems, and acoustical ceilings Proficient with project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam) Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills OSHA 30 certification preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Must be a self-starter who can operate independently with minimal oversight System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
