As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager who wants to help shape the future of our organization. This is an opportunity to work directly with ownership, influence processes, and play a key role in scaling a respected homebuilding company. Responsibilities Manage multiple residential construction projects from groundbreaking through homeowner turnover Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections Monitor budgets, change orders, and project costs Conduct quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction Identify and resolve field issues proactively Maintain accurate project documentation Provide weekly progress reports to ownership/CFO Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and trade partners Qualifications 5+ years of residential construction management experience Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong organizational and scheduling abilities Experience managing multiple concurrent projects Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits $95,000-$115,000 base salary (DOE) Performance bonus opportunity Truck allowance Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Long-term career advancement opportunities Why Join Even Better Homes?
