CB Structures is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to manage construction projects from initial planning through completion. This role combines project management with active field leadership and serves as a primary point of contact for owners and their representatives. The Site Superintendent coordinates schedules, field operations, project finances, and closeout. The successful candidate will take ownership of project outcomes and ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and quality standards. In this role, you will: Coordinate owners, design professionals, internal teams, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, and site logistics. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules. Maintain an active job-site presence and direct day-to-day construction activities. Monitor safety, quality, cost, schedule, and compliance with project requirements. Resolve design questions, field issues, scheduling conflicts, and constructability concerns. Communicate project progress, risks, decisions, and financial or schedule impacts to stakeholders. Monitor job costs, review billing and subcontractor invoices, and manage change orders. Coordinate inspections, punch-list work, documentation, turnover, and project closeout. Maintain accurate and current project records. We're looking for someone with: At least five years of experience in the construction field, construction management, project management, or field supervision experience. Experience managing projects from planning or preconstruction through field execution and closeout. Strong project planning, scheduling, field leadership, and subcontractor-coordination skills. Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, budgets, and schedules. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and safety practices. Experience monitoring project costs and financial performance. Sound decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management abilities. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Why CB Structures? $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
