Job Description

Superintendent
  • Diverse Ground-Up Commercial A well-established commercial general contractor in the Philadelphia suburbs is hiring a Superintendent to lead ground-up projects across the greater Philadelphia area!
They build a diverse mix of ground-up commercial projects, giving you variety from one job to the next. This is a great opportunity to take charge of your own jobsite and build projects that serve the local community for years to come. Superintendent Responsibilities:
  • Run daily field operations on diverse ground-up commercial projects
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and inspections
  • Keep the jobsite safe, organized and in line with OSHA standards
  • Track progress against the schedule and flag issues early
  • Partner with the Project Manager on budget, RFIs and change orders
  • Lead owner, architect and subcontractor meetings in the field
  • Drive punch lists, turnover and project closeout
Superintendent Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of field leadership on commercial projects
  • Diverse ground-up commercial construction experience
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Strong scheduling, plan reading and communication skills
  • Comfortable with construction software and field reporting
Superintendent Compensation & Benefits:
  • $115,000
  • $135,000 depending on experience
