Position We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager with at least 15 years of hands-on experience in residential construction/remodeling . This is not a office-based position. You need strong field experience and a thorough understanding of residential construction and remodeling. Responsibilities Manage residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, deliveries, inspections, and schedules Communicate professionally with homeowners and address questions or concerns Visit job sites regularly and monitor quality, progress, cleanliness, and timelines Read and understand blueprints, plans, and construction drawings Identify and resolve potential issues before they become problems Coordinate with the office, customers, designers, subcontractors, and field crews Keep projects organized, on schedule, and within scope Document project progress and communicate updates to the office Assist with punch lists, final walkthroughs, and project completion Must be able to work about 45-50 hours a week Must be able to work some Saturdays (1-2 a month) Must be available after hours for emergencies or questions Qualifications Minimum 15 years of hands-on residential construction/remodeling experience Previous project management in construction management experience Strong knowledge of residential remodeling Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, respectful, and dependable Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills, including email and project-management software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Employment Starting around $40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
