General Construction Superintendent -

Commercial Construction:

As a General Construction Superintendent at Douglas Construction, you will oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, monitoring job site safety, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and in accordance with project plans and specifications. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating material deliveries and equipment, reviewing construction drawings, maintaining quality control, communicating with project managers and subcontractors, and keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe. Experience with general commercial construction required, and sitework, foundations, concrete, is a plus. Strong Leadership Skills, Positive Attitude, Excellent Communication, and the Ability to Manage Crews and Coordinate Multiple Trades. Minimum 5 Years of Experience Required in Commercial Construction, with Prior Superintendent or Field Supervisory Experience Preferred.
