You'll own the budget, schedule, quality, and client relationship on every job you manage. If you take pride in finished work and enjoy keeping a lot of moving parts on track, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Hold kickoff meetings with the client and the Lighthouse team at the start of every job Manage project budgets, keep jobs within the estimated price, and lead monthly budget meetings with clients Build and maintain construction schedules in Buildertrend and coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and build strong working relationships with them Order materials ahead of time to keep the schedule on track Schedule all building inspections and manage any corrections Inspect work in progress to ensure it meets plans, specifications, and our quality standards, and maintain a quality inspection form for each project Issue PO's and document change orders Review and approve subcontractor invoices for your projects Walk each completed project before the homeowner walk-through, then lead the final walk-through with the homeowner Manage punch list items and one-year warranty work Report job progress at weekly company meetings Keep jobsites clean and orderly, and install company job signs What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in luxury new construction project management Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software Strong budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Working knowledge of the building inspection process Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Valid driver's license and clean driving record
