On-Site Property Site Manager (Work Camper Friendly + RV Site Included or rent out apartment on site) We're looking for a hands-on, friendly, and reliable Site Manager to help keep a property running smoothly and the residents happy. If you're organized, dependable, and like being part of a community, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do:

Check on the property 5 days a week to keep it clean and safe (some light maintenance included) Welcome new residents, show available units, and help fill vacancies Collect rent and help residents with their online portal Coordinate with repair crews and make sure the work gets done right Handle notices and follow-up with tenants when needed Respond to resident requests within 24 hours Be on-call for emergencies (occasionally evenings/weekends) Help us keep the place looking good and running even better
