We're Hiring:

Superintendent Pay $60,000 per year Job Type Full-time — In person Schedule Monday to Friday, weekends as needed Benefits Company vehicle provided About Us Capital Companies LLC is a small construction company with 35 years in business. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Job Summary The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction management, is proficient with project management tools, and brings the leadership skills needed to manage teams, coordinate tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Duties Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with company policies Manage project schedules and resources effectively to meet deadlines Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring all work is performed to specification Operate heavy equipment proficiently, with experience in pad/road work Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and technical drawings Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of pad/road work construction is a plus
