JOB DESCRIPTION & DUTIES

Summary:

Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Superintendent/Project Manager, where you'll lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will be the driving force behind successful project delivery, utilizing your expertise in construction management and technical skills to bring projects to life efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties:

Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.

Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design specifications.

Utilize construction estimating tools for cost control and resource planning throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee daily site operations, including quality control, safety compliance, and environmental standards.

Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones; manage change orders and contractual documentation effectively.

Ensure accurate project scheduling by integrating project management techniques with construction site realities for timely delivery.

Foster a culture of safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement among team members.
