Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. To provide on-site coordination throughout all construction phases, ensure contractual compliance, conduct inspections, maintain job-site safety, manage scheduling, recovery schedules, as-built documentation, punch lists, resolve conflicts, and deliver exceptional customer service. Duties/Requirements At least five years of experience. Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of the construction process. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites. Excellent skills in project scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and quality control. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership and development. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for collaboration with various people including clients, subcontractors, and team members. This role requires effective leadership and communication skills to ensure that all project goals are met while adhering to safety standards and regulations. Oversee project schedules, monitor progress, and address any deviations. Notify management of issues, anticipate potential problems, and provide detailed daily reports. Ensure subcontractor adherence to safety protocols, maintain a clean jobsite, and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate inspections, enforce quality control, and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Inspect materials, verify quantities, and cultivate collaborative relationships with architects, engineers, and clients.
