This position is essential to our success as a company. We are interested in someone with the following qualities: Plumbing experience

• This position does the estimating and management of plumbing projects. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Need to be at work every workday and go to walk-throughs or meetings for possible project bids. Good communication skills
• Constant contact with general contractors, estimators, superintendents, project managers, and suppliers. Ability to multi-task
• The position has many responsibilities. Punctuality
• The company depends on you to be on time. Computer literate
• We use Adobe, Microsoft, and Planswift daily. Detail oriented
• Our success depends on your ability to make sure every detail is accounted for in your bids and change orders. Organized
• Everyone needs to be able to find what they are looking for efficiently.

This position has a variety of duties and responsibilities with a few listed below. Maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers. People skills are a must. Customer service is essential to keeping those relationships positive. Create detailed project estimates and change orders. Coordinate material and equipment needs for each job to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines. Solve project issues with all necessary parties. Reviewing and forecasting of costs to create monthly billings. Reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy. Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure company profitability. Weekly meetings to assess projects and company goals. Responsibility to act in the best interests of the company. JCMS has been in business since 2003 and offers a stable, friendly, and competitive work environment.
