Job Description Manage all MEP field activities on mission critical and data center projects. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and commissioning teams. Drive schedule performance and milestone achievement for MEP scopes. Work closely with Project Management, QA/QC, and commissioning teams. Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and daily field activities. Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with project specifications. Support startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover processes. Proactively identify and resolve construction conflicts. Enforce site safety standards and promote a strong safety culture. Maintain detailed documentation, reporting, and project communication. Coordinate inspections, testing requirements, and owner expectations. Travel throughout Texas to support active projects as required. The Successful Applicant A successful MEP Superintendent - Data Center should have: 5+ years of MEP construction experience on commercial, industrial, mission critical, manufacturing, semiconductor, or similar complex projects. Experience managing mechanical and electrical subcontractors in the field. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, controls, and commissioning processes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience with data centers, mission critical facilities, semiconductor projects, industrial facilities, or large-scale technical environments preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment with demanding schedules. Open to Texas travel and project-based assignments. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
