We're growing fast, with $95M+ in active project value and 20+ projects underway across Texas. Responsibilities Coordinate inspections with local authorities and third-party inspectors, ensuring all required approvals are scheduled and passed on time ⁠ ⁠Manage material procurement, ordering, tracking deliveries, and resolving supply delays before they impact the schedule ⁠ ⁠Coordinate equipment needs and logistics across active job sites ⁠ ⁠Support day-to-day coordination between office staff and field crews (superintendents, foremen, subs) ⁠ ⁠Track project schedules and flag delays or bottlenecks early ⁠ ⁠Assist with budget tracking, monitoring costs against estimates and reporting variances ⁠ ⁠Review and manage subcontractor scopes, schedules, and performance ⁠ ⁠ Help prepare and maintain project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders, daily reports) ⁠ ⁠Communicate regularly with clients/owners on project status and milestones ⁠ ⁠Ensure jobsite work complies with plans, specs, and applicable codes ⁠ ⁠Support permitting and regulatory coordination alongside the internal permitting team ⁠ ⁠Participate in project kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and closeout ⁠ ⁠Help identify and resolve issues that arise between design, procurement, and field execution ⁠ ⁠Support estimating and pre-construction efforts on upcoming bids as needed Requirements Previous construction experience required ⁠Minimum 3 years of construction experience Commercial construction experience required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$90,000/year, based on experience If you are interested then please send your resume at
