Overview As a Vertical Superintendent, you'll lead field operations for commercial construction projects, coordinating crews, schedules, safety, and quality. You'll work closely with project teams and subcontractors to keep work aligned with contracts, construction drawings, and project requirements.

Your impact:

Effective schedule coordination and safety management help crews work efficiently and deliver quality results for project stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and daily construction activities. Review blueprints and construction drawings; identify issues and coordinate resolutions. Coordinate material and equipment deliveries with the PM and yard so crews never wait on material. Monitor budgets, contracts, quality control, and compliance with construction regulations, OSHA requirements, and applicable federal construction safety regulations. Communicate project updates clearly and coordinate construction site safety and quality practices. Experience Construction experience, including commercial construction site experience and construction project management. Supervising experience and a track record managing teams in a construction management role; crew management and managerial communication skills. Experience with construction scheduling, project schedule coordination, budgeting, and construction safety management. Ability to read blueprints, interpret technical drawings, and conduct construction drawing reviews.

Pay:

Up to $90,000.00 per year
