Job Summary As a New Construction Coordinator - HVAC, you'll keep heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects organized from planning through installation. You'll coordinate schedules, review construction plans and contracts, track costs, and keep project teams aligned using construction management software.

Clear coordination helps field teams stay informed and supports timely, well-planned HVAC installations for project stakeholders. Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, milestones, documentation, and communication among project teams and construction sites. Review construction plans and contracts; support construction estimating, project planning, and cost management. Track project progress and analyze Excel data to identify schedule, cost, or coordination issues. Maintain accurate project records in construction management and scheduling software. Support project managers with day-to-day coordination and follow-through. Experience Construction industry, construction site, or construction project coordination experience is relevant; project management experience in construction is preferred. Familiarity with construction management, project management, project scheduling, and construction scheduling. Experience with construction management software or civil engineering project management software is useful. Tools may include ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, Prolog, or HeavyBid. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel data analysis, construction plans, contracts, and scheduling software is valued. Strong analysis, time management, and project coordination skills; construction estimating experience is a plus.
