Job Description Seeking a seasoned professional to fill an immediate opening as a commercial landscape construction Project manager. Project managers play a critical role in the administration over new landscape construction installations along with daily collaboration with onsite construction managers. Project managers contribute to our company's overall mission by supporting a safe work environment, responsible stewardship of company assets, and overall excellence in every aspect of our business. Responsibilities 1. Complete billable work safely, on time and within budget. 2. Act as the main point of contact on assigned landscape and irrigation projects. Interact with all levels of personnel. 3. Coordinate site activities with landscape construction managers. 4. Coordinate and schedule material deliveries and subcontractor activities. 5. Manage project from an administrative level including, Labor hours budgets, and project completion. 6. Manage and track changes to scope. Estimate project costs including overall project bid. Qualifications 1. Exceptional organization, reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. 2. Exceptional computer skills. Previous experience with construction related software is a plus. 4. Current driver's license. 5. Ability to get along with others, manage and motivate others, resolve conflict. 6. Previous 1-2 years landscaping experience in a similar role in the industry is required.
