TITLE:

Assistant Superintendent / Field Superintendent - Civil & Building Construction

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Monitor daily field activities for Civil/Concrete/Steel Structure work, and report progress to the Superintendent and Project Manager. 2) Coordinate with subcontractors and MEP trades to identify and resolve field conflicts and work interferences. 3) Assist with short-term site scheduling , including daily work planning and look-ahead schedule coordination. 4) Attend subcontractor coordination meetings and follow up on assigned action items. 5) Support field documentation, including daily reports, site photos, manpower tracking, field issue logs, RFIs, submittals, and material-related follow-up. 6) Support quality and safety coordination by verifying work against drawings/specifications and coordinating with the site safety team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of construction field experience required; 10+ years preferred
• Experience as Foreman, Field Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, or Superintendent preferred.
• Civil, concrete, steel, building, warehouse, commercial, or industrial project experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Must be legal to work (We don't provide VISA sponsorship)
