A Construction Superintendent runs day-to-day operations on a construction site and controls the short-term schedule on the site. Also performs important quality control and coordinates subcontractors. Often works in cooperation with construction project manager.
This position will be responsible for site coordination, drawing review, material approval, inspection support, and commissioning activities which are related to Electrical works.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. MEP Project Engineer (Document Control & Technical Review) A.
Experience:
1) 3-5+ years of experience as an MEP Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager (APM) with a General Contractor (GC) or a large MEP subcontractor in the U.S. 2) Prior experience working on-site or in a field-office environment handling project administration rather than pure design-office engineering. B.
Technical Knowledge & Codes:
1) Solid understanding of U.S. building codes and engineering standards, including NEC (Electrical), NFPA (Fire Protection), ASHRAE, and IPC (Mechanical/Plumbing). 2) Familiarity with the AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) inspection processes, permitting procedures, and local compliance requirements. C.
Document Control & Administration:
1) Advanced proficiency in using Procore (or similar platforms like BIM 360, Primavera P6) for managing core project documentation. 2) Extensive hands-on experience independently managing the RFI (Request for Information), Submittal (Material/Equipment Approvals), and Change Order processes from creation to approval. D.
Education & Plus Skills:
1) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is highly preferred. 2) Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage to perform elementary clash checks and review coordination reports is a strong plus (as a dedicated BIM coordinator will not be present). 2. MEP Superintendent (Combined Mechanical & Electrical) A.
Experience:
1) Minimum 7-10+ years of hands-on field supervision experience in MEP construction within the United States. 2 Proven track record as a General MEP Superintendent overseeing both Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing) and Electrical trades combined, preferably on large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects. B.
Certifications & Safety:
1) OSHA 30-Hour Certification is mandatory (active and up-to-date). 2) Comprehensive understanding of OSHA safety regulations and a proven history of maintaining zero-incident field environments. C.
Field & Trade Leadership:
1) Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage, direct, and hold local MEP subcontractors accountable. 2) Deep knowledge of field construction logistics, equipment rigging/anchoring sequences (e.g., chillers, generators, switchgears), and installation priorities. D.
Technical & Software Skills:
1) Ability to read and cross-reference complex 2D shop drawings 3D BIM models from a constructability standpoint. • Must be legal to work (We don't provide VISA sponsorship)
