Job Description Job Description Job Description Construction Materials Group's Highway Division is seeking a full-time Estimator / Assistant Project Manager to join our Salem, VA, team. We have an immediate need for a hard working, career-oriented individual that can maintain automated databases of project opportunities, read and analyze construction plans, comprehensively estimate materials, prepare bid documents for pricing, and manage awarded projects to profitable completion.
