Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee residential renovation projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate project schedules, manage budgets, and lead diverse teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and construction regulations will be vital in driving project success. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of renovation projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing change orders, and implementing cost control measures. Oversee construction schedule coordination by reviewing blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate sequencing of activities. Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Coordinate with clients, tradepartners, architects, and engineers to facilitate seamless communication and project delivery. Read and interpret construction plans and contracts while managing project documentation including change orders and regulatory permits. Lead teams in managing project risks, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Utilize construction management software for documentation, reporting, and collaboration purposes. Requirements Proven experience managing complex residential renovation projects with a strong background in construction site supervision. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, project scheduling, and contract administration. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent time management skills. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors—and managing project documentation efficiently. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
