Coordinate with clients, tradepartners, architects, and engineers to facilitate seamless communication and project delivery. Read and interpret construction plans and contracts while managing project documentation including change orders and regulatory permits. Lead teams in managing project risks, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Utilize construction management software for documentation, reporting, and collaboration purposes. Requirements Proven experience managing complex residential renovation projects with a strong background in construction site supervision. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, project scheduling, and contract administration. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent time management skills. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors—and managing project documentation efficiently.
