Job Description
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITYExecute full cycle of field construction ensuring on-time completion, zero safety incidents, and quality work meeting specifications while maintaining positive subcontractor relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDirect daily field operations coordinating all trades ensuring productive workflow and adherence to project scheduleConduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks ensuring 100% compliance with Timeless safety standards and zero incidentsManage subcontractor performance monitoring quality, productivity, schedule compliance, and resolving field issues within 24 hoursMaintain site logistics including material deliveries, equipment placement, temporary facilities, and access/egressDocument daily progress with photos, daily reports, and workforce tracking in Sage Construction ManagementCoordinate quality inspections with QA Manager and third-party inspectors ensuring timely scheduling and pass ratesCommunicate proactively with Project Manager on progress, issues, changes, and schedule impacts daily
