Depending on experience, employment offers will range between $121,426 to $140,229 annually, with a potential annual performance bonus of up to $25,000.00. About Fisher Construction Group Fisher Construction Group is a leading design-build general contractor specializing in the construction of food processing, cold storage, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and other highly specialized facilities. With integrated capabilities across design, engineering, construction, civil, concrete, thermal, and roofing, Fisher delivers complex projects from concept through completion. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Burlington, Washington. This position will be based out of our corporate office when not assigned to a project but requires a strong willingness and ability to travel and/or relocate to jobsites anywhere in the United States for extended periods of time. Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This position will manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal project teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Fisher's quality standards.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and execution plans. Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, procurement, and project financials. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Work closely with the Superintendent and field team to ensure successful project execution. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation. Identify and resolve project issues and risks. Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships. Support estimating, preconstruction, constructability, and value-engineering efforts. Coordinate with Fisher's design, engineering, civil, concrete, MEP, thermal, and roofing teams as needed. Travel and/or relocate to project sites throughout the U.S. as required.
Project Manager Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial, industrial, or design-build construction experience. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Proven experience successfully managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of construction, scheduling, contracts, and cost control. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction/project management software, including Bluebeam, P6, Microsoft Project, PlanGrid, and Vista Viewpoint is preferred.
