Job Description

Senior Project Manager Build Great Projects. Lead Great People. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys leading projects from preconstruction all the way through closeout. If you're a relationship builder, problem solver, and natural leader who takes pride in delivering quality work, we'd love to connect with you. You'll oversee multiple construction projects, collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. What You'll Do Manage multiple construction projects in various stages from bidding through project completion Lead project teams that may include Superintendents, Project Engineers, Project Coordinators, Architects, Subcontractors, and Suppliers Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, consultants, and community partners Review bids and manage project pricing and schedules Negotiate and manage subcontract agreements Assist with conceptual and schematic estimating during preconstruction Manage owner contracts, including negotiations and contract development Develop, update, and maintain project schedules Lead project meetings and coordinate communication among stakeholders Manage RFIs, change orders, PCOs, and project documentation Partner with field leadership to maintain a safe jobsite Ensure projects meet contract requirements, quality standards, and local regulations Monitor project costs, billing, profitability, and financial performance Identify issues early and drive timely resolutions Represent the company professionally throughout all phases of the project What We're Looking For 10+ years of construction project management experience Experience managing projects through preconstruction, construction, and closeout Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate project teams Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Bonus Points If You Have Experience with Procore Experience using scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 Experience estimating or managing self-performed trades, including concrete, masonry, or carpentry Background in commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, municipal, religious, or luxury residential construction Why Join Us? Pay:
$115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
