As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented professionals who are eager to make an impact and help build long-term client relationships. The HVAC Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for developing new business opportunities, preparing estimates, and managing HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role works closely with the Plumbing & HVAC Director, Service Manager, field personnel, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful projects while supporting the continued growth of Mid City's HVAC division. Key Responsibilities Business Development Develop and maintain client relationships to generate new business opportunities. Participate in networking events and industry organizations. Support strategic growth initiatives for the HVAC division. Estimating & Preconstruction Prepare project estimates, budgets, schedules, proposals, and contract documents. Review plans, specifications, and project requirements. Attend pre-bid and project planning meetings. Develop relationships with suppliers and equipment vendors. Project Management Manage subcontractors, procurement activities, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules. Monitor project budgets and financial performance. Coordinate permitting, inspections, and code compliance. Provide monthly billing and forecasting information. Project Closeout Coordinate punch-list completion. Assemble O&M manuals, balancing reports, warranty documentation, and closeout packages. Ensure successful project turnover to clients. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC construction, estimating, or project management experience. Valid driver's license and ability to visit active job sites. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with estimating and project management software. Wisconsin HVAC industry and code knowledge. Knowledge and Skills

Working Hours- Approximately 45-50 hours per week. Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Work Location- In office in Butler, WI.
