Qualifications 5+ Years of Experience in Plumbing and Project management Must Be able to lead and develop the plumbing and construction team, overseeing department P&L, budgeting, backlog, and field and office operations. Provide leadership, drive process improvements, build relationships with clients and subcontractors. Evaluate Incoming project opportunities. Working Knowledge of Microsoft preferred.
