Job Description

Pinnacle Construction is seeking to fill a full time, experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates would be located within the Milwaukee area and have experience working in the construction industry, assisting project managers with administrative duties Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Document Control:

Log, track, and process RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.

Subcontractor Administration:

Issue subcontractor contracts, purchase orders, and change management documentation; ensure current certificates of insurance (COI) and lien waivers are on file.

Financial Support:

Assist with processing subcontractor pay applications, vendor invoices, and tracking project billing cycles.

Project Closeout:

Compile project closeout packages, including warranties, O&M manuals, permits, and final punch-list sign-offs.

General Office Support:

Maintain organized digital project files, answer project-related inquiries, and assist Project Managers with daily administrative duties. Assist in project estimating duties

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
