Manage schedules, monitor progress, and stay ahead of material and equipment needs. Work directly with project managers, owners, and project partners to resolve field challenges. Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, inspections, and compliance. Catch potential conflicts between trades before they turn into delays or rework. Who you'll be: You're a hands-on Superintendent with at least 5 years of construction management experience. You understand how commercial jobsites operate, how different trades interact, and what it takes to keep a project safe, organized, and on schedule. You're comfortable leading subcontractors, making field decisions, and communicating with project stakeholders. You bring OSHA site safety experience, a valid driver's license, and the flexibility to travel between local jobsites.
