Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting construction and renovation projects within manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

$55 What's the Job? Manage assigned capital projects and facility studies from initiation through closeout, maintaining control of scope, schedule, budget, and quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle Act as the primary on-site contact for general contractors, architects, engineers, and plant stakeholders, building collaborative relationships that keep projects moving forward efficiently Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress against targets and escalating risks or delay drivers proactively to leadership Ensure strict compliance with safety requirements, including contractor certifications and on-site safety protocols during high-risk activities Coordinate bid leveling exercises, contractor selection, change order review, and negotiation to protect project budgets and timelines What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in construction project management Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial, industrial, or manufacturing construction projects with proven success delivering on-time, on-budget results Strong understanding of construction safety programs and protocols, with the ability to enforce compliance in active manufacturing environments OSHA 30-hour certification Proficiency with project scheduling and budgeting tools such as Adaptive Work, Procore, or Microsoft Project What's in it for me?
