Job Description

We are looking for a dependable Project Assistant to support a short-term Contract assignment in Parkersburg, West Virginia. This role focuses on coordinating and completing onsite material deliveries and display setup at daycare centers and early education locations while maintaining a detail-oriented presence. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable managing schedules, travel, and site-by-site execution over a 1-3 day project window.

Responsibilities:

Visit assigned daycare centers and preschool locations to deliver campaign materials and complete onsite poster placement as directed.
Verify that all required items, including signage, forms, and installation materials, are accounted for before departing for the day's route.
Manage a daily schedule across multiple stops, adjusting timing as needed to complete each assigned location efficiently.
Represent the program effectively when interacting with site staff and provide the appropriate description form at each visit.
Track completion of assigned locations and follow reporting instructions to document installation progress accurately.
Coordinate travel between sites using reliable personal transportation and maintain communication regarding status, timing, and any issues encountered.
Follow provided installation guidance to ensure materials are displayed properly and consistently at each location.
