Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee construction projects and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction management, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of construction workers to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. Interpret schematics and provide guidance on construction methods and techniques. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
