Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee construction projects and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction management, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of construction workers to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. Interpret schematics and provide guidance on construction methods and techniques. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications. Train new crew members on equipment operation, safety practices, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the project. Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in quality control processes.
