Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Compliance Inspector to perform weekly community inspections for homeowners associations throughout the Valley. Position Overview The Compliance Inspector is responsible for conducting scheduled on-site inspections of assigned communities to identify and document violations of the Association's governing documents. This role requires strong observational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Perform weekly inspections of assigned HOA communities Identify and document covenant violations in accordance with community guidelines Take clear, accurate photos to support documentation Submit timely and detailed inspection reports Maintain professional and courteous interactions with residents when necessary Report safety concerns or maintenance issues observed during inspections Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Basic proficiency with mobile apps and email Prior HOA or property management experience preferred Schedule & Compensation 1099 Position If you are dependable, organized, and comfortable working outdoors, we encourage you to apply.
