JWe're Hiring:

HOA Repair Inspector PCW Contracting Services is looking for a talented small repair inspector to join our team in Costa Mesa, Ca.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Meeting with clients, property managers, and homeowners.
• Workday hours
• Monday-Friday 7:00 A.M
• 4:00 P.M
• Gather accurate dimensions and information on site and bring it back to the sales estimators. (This entails documenting information for repairs, taking measurements, and diagrams as needed)
• Taking photos at the jobsite and posting them on the server at the office.

(Camera/Phone will be provided)

What We're Looking For:

• Someone that is relatively new to the construction industry, that wants to learn the construction estimating and business side. Must have valid CDL, SS, & current vehicle insurance to apply.
• Basic knowledge of the various repairs that PCW provides. Carpentry Roofing
• Ladder use is part of the job for roof inspections Masonry Concrete Decking / Waterproofing Interior Repairs Building envelope and components
