Job Description

Job Description Day-to-Day:

Review cost estimates, contractor documentation, and scope of work
Conduct installation inspections at applicant homes
Take photos and document findings; complete pass/fail inspection reports using a company laptop
Review invoices vs. awarded amounts to determine payments
Coordinate with contractors to resolve documentation issues
Support resolution of applicant-contractor concerns
Collaborate with intake specialists and internal staff

Skills and Requirements Must-Haves:

Valid Illinois Plumbing License (must be verified)
Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing or construction field (must be verified)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to inspection sites
Ability to conduct on-site inspections and document findings
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to review documentation, invoices, and scope of work
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Plusses:

Experience working with contractor coordination or dispute resolution
Familiarity with inspection reporting tools/software Prior experience in residential property inspections
