Construction Quality Inspector
Job Description
Construction Quality Inspector Shall have at least six (6) years of construction experience as quality inspector. Professional experience shall include the ability to read and interpret construction documents, as well as communicate effectively with project construction team members. Experience on healthcare projects/facilities shall be preferred. Shall maintain daily progress reports and inspection reports and shall lead the inspection and quality assurance team assigned to projects to ensure timely and effective project oversight. Physical Requirements - Candidates must be able to work on active construction job sites, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 30 pounds, climbing stairs and ladders, and traversing uneven or unimproved terrain. Computer Candidates must be proficient with standard business computer systems, including comfort navigating Microsoft Windows operating systems and email platforms such as Outlook. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, along with the ability to review, analyze, and interpret project data on a laptop computer. Must be a US citizen.
