District Overview The Kiewit Power Market provides direct-hire and construction services for Power Generation utilizing a union and non-union craft force. The Kiewit Power Market builds major EPC and bid-build natural gas power plants, solar fields, nuclear facilities and energy storage systems throughout North America. We are seeking individuals who are open to regular and frequent relocation for career development opportunities and who desire job responsibilities in field operations ranging from project controls, craft management, safety, quality, and contract administration. While headquartered in Lenexa, KS, our Power projects span across the entire United States and candidates must be open to traveling and relocating as business requires. Responsibilities Collaborate with a dynamic team to build, estimate, and schedule, mechanical, electrical, and heavy industrial construction projects Prepare detailed work plans and schedules to guide project execution Ensure quality control, manage and track costs, purchase and manage materials, and maintain schedule and equipment logistics Administer safety programs with strict adherence to Kiewit's "Nobody Gets Hurt" philosophy Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners and stakeholders Support both administrative and field operations: review drawings/specs, perform material takeoffs, and prepare cost estimates Supervise subcontractors, coordinate with vendors, and uphold high construction standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience Must be legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship for employment to begin or continue employment with our company Knowledge of construction safety and current OSHA standards Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and owner specifications Familiarity with project scheduling and cost control techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Hard Dollar, Revit, SAP, Pro Log or Primavera "P6" is a plus Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communications skills Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies Highly motivated with strong work ethic and a commitment to getting the job done right Able to work independently and part of a collaborative environment Physically able to navigate active construction site in varying climates and conditions Willingness to relocate and travel as required Access to reliable transportation to and from work #LI-JS1

Base Compensation:
