Conduct health and safety inspections. Prepare clear and accurate work orders for subcontractors to perform. Demonstrate knowledge of how to use diagnostic equipment and modeling software to produce an energy report. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces. Schedule does include occasional evenings and weekend hours. Requirements~ Mechanical/construction/building/HVAC knowledge preferred. Tech school, 2 year college or proven experience. Valid PA driver's license. Travel throughout county in agency vehicle.
