Property Assistant / Field Inspector - Rental Properties (Full-Time)

Worldwide Premier is seeking a Property Assistant / Field Inspector to support the management of rental properties. This is a full-time role that combines field inspections with property administrative assistance and office work.

Responsibilities:

Inspect rental properties for condition and safety Make sure repairs and maintenance are done correctly Handle vendor payments and follow up on work orders Document property conditions with photos and detailed reports Coordinate with property managers and maintenance teams Assist with property administrative tasks and tenant communication Work in the office when not inspecting properties Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Maintain accurate records of all inspections, repairs, and property files

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Reliable transportation (you'll be driving to properties) Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Proficient in basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Experience in property management, maintenance, or inspections (preferred but not required) Physical ability to walk properties and climb stairs
