Job Description

Job details: We are seeking a Commercial Mixed Use Construction Owner's Representative for a project in Forney. This position is responsible for managing project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk while coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications :

Proven experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications. Knowledge of horizontal dirt and utility work. Experience with vertical construction, including retail, hotel, or similar structures. Excellent attention to detail.

Estimated Time Commitment :
