You'll perform scheduled in-home inspections, identify areas of concern, and recommend solutions based on what you find.
Note:
This is not a door-to-door sales position. Our Home Inspectors evaluate properties for termite activity, pest and rodent entry points, attic conditions, insulation needs, and exclusion opportunities. If you're good with people, comfortable inspecting homes, and motivated by performance-based earning potential, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Perform thorough interior and exterior inspections of residential properties. Inspect homes for termite activity, damage, conducive conditions, and potential risk areas. Enter and inspect attics to evaluate insulation levels, pest activity, damage, contamination, and other conditions. Identify rodent and pest entry points around the home. Identify opportunities for exclusion work, including sealing and repairing potential pest and rodent entry points. Evaluate existing attic insulation and recommend additional or replacement insulation when appropriate. Document inspection findings with photos and detailed recommendations. Clearly explain findings and potential solutions to homeowners. Recommend and sell termite treatments, insulation services, exclusion work, and other applicable home services. Prepare accurate estimates and service recommendations. Follow up with homeowners as needed. Maintain accurate inspection, customer, and sales records. Represent Ninefold professionally in customers' homes and throughout the community. What We're Looking For This role combines home inspection, problem-solving, customer service, and consultative sales . We're looking for someone who is: Comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining what they find. Confident making recommendations and asking for the sale (sales experience is a must) . Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined or uncomfortable spaces. Able to climb ladders, bend, kneel, crawl, and perform physical inspections. Detail-oriented with a strong eye for potential problems. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Honest and ethical when recommending services. Organized and capable of managing appointments, follow-ups, and documentation. Comfortable using mobile technology for inspections, photos, estimates, and customer records. Experience in pest control, termite inspection, insulation, construction, roofing, restoration, home inspection, HVAC, or in-home sales is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Compensation & Benefits Expected earning potential: $80,000-$140,000 per year This is a performance-based position with a guaranteed draw and uncapped commission opportunity. Strong performers have the ability to significantly increase their income based on production.

Employment Requirements Employment is contingent upon successful completion of Ninefold's standard pre-employment requirements, including a background check, drug screening, and verification of authorization to work in the United States.
