Job Description
J&M Welding is looking for an experienced Crane Operator to join our construction team. You'll run boom trucks, and hydraulic lifting equipment to move materials and heavy loads around active job sites — so we need someone who takes rigging, load handling, and safety seriously and has the track record to back it up. What you'll do Operate overhead cranes, boom trucks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment Rig and secure loads properly to prevent shifting or accidents during lifts Inspect cranes and lifting equipment before each use and flag anything that's not right Follow OSHA and site safety rules on every lift, every time Work with the crew to plan and execute lifts, keeping communication clear throughout Keep accurate records of equipment use, inspections, and safety checks Qualifctions Class A drivers license NCCCO Crane Certification 3+ years of experience
