About Us:
Honc Docks & Lifts, Inc. is a family-owned marine construction company serving Southwest Florida for over 60 years. We specialize in docks, boat lifts, and marine construction projects. We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Crane Operator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Operate
LAT & TSS
Cranes and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Set pilings for docks, seawalls, and marine structures. Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Work closely with project managers and field crews to complete projects on schedule. Follow all OSHA, company, and job-site safety requirements. Assist with marine construction activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience operating
LAT & TSS
cranes and heavy equipment. NCCCO certification. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus). Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Marine construction experience preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical job duties.
