Competitive, based on experience We are seeking an experienced and dependable Boom Truck Crane Operator to join our growing structural steel team. The ideal candidate will hold a current
NCCCO TLL
certification and have hands-on experience operating telescopic boom truck cranes in commercial construction environments. This position involves working closely with our field crews to safely lift, move, and position structural steel and other construction materials. Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a telescopic boom truck crane (swing cab).
  • Perform daily pre-operation inspections and routine equipment checks.
  • Lift, transport, and position structural steel and construction materials.
  • Read and interpret crane load charts.
  • Coordinate with riggers, signalpersons, and field personnel during lifting operations.
  • Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Maintain equipment in clean and safe operating condition.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and field crews. Required Qualifications
  • Current
NCCCO TLL
Certification (Telescopic Boom Crane - Swing Cab).
  • Valid CDL appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
  • Previous experience operating telescopic boom truck cranes.
  • Strong understanding of crane operations, rigging, load charts, and jobsite safety.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in an active construction environment.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in structural steel erection.
  • Experience working alongside ironworkers and steel erection crews.
